The first tool handles routine airline servicing tasks, including processing schedule change cancellations, validating unticketed segments, issuing miscellaneous charge orders, and automating refunds. A second agent imports externally booked trips into the Spotnana platform, giving travel managers better visibility over bookings made outside standard corporate channels, which matters for duty of care, policy compliance, and reporting.
A third tool functions as a co-pilot for travel agents, suggesting replies to traveler requests and generating conversation summaries to help agents quickly understand context in complex or ongoing service cases. The fourth tool delivers AI-driven insights on servicing activity, showing task completion volumes, identifying trends, and flagging where human support remains necessary.
Spotnana executives framed the rollout as a way to reduce operational load rather than replace human agents, preserving agent capacity for disruption handling, complex itineraries, and personalized service.
