Anthropic disclosed agreements to spend up to $120.5 billion on SpaceX.AI computing services and at least approximately $114.5 billion with Google. The figures appear in its public S-1 filing and describe multiyear purchase commitments for the infrastructure behind Claude.

The SpaceX.AI agreements provide access to computing powered by NVIDIA GPUs over terms extending into 2029. Fees reach approximately $3.1 billion per month once all capacity is delivered, expected in December 2026. After initial non-cancelable periods ending in January and March 2027, either party can cancel with 90 days’ notice.

Google’s minimum commitment runs from April 2026 through July 2033, regardless of actual usage. Anthropic must make up a spending shortfall, subject to specified adjustments and exceptions. The agreement is non-cancelable except for an uncured material breach by Google.

The filing separately estimates another $125 billion to $150 billion in future payments for additional TPU computing from providers including Google, with delivery between 2028 and 2031. Those payments depend on capacity, deployment, pricing and specified conditions; they are additional to the $114.5 billion minimum.

The disclosures expand on Anthropic’s capacity buildout across suppliers. The company announced plans to list on Nasdaq under “ANT,” but has not set the offering’s share count or price range. The registration statement is not yet effective.
