RateGain Travel Technologies has consolidated its marketing technology units Adara and Sojern into a single global brand operating under Sojern, positioning the combined entity as a large-scale travel intent data and media activation platform.

The integration, announced March 3, aligns Adara’s audience intelligence with Sojern’s performance marketing and media execution tools. Executives said the move simplifies campaign management for travel brands by unifying targeting, activation, and measurement within one AI-driven system. Founder Bhanu Chopra described the consolidation as a way to convert real-time traveler signals into scalable, multi-channel campaigns, while Sojern CEO Mark Rabe emphasized tighter links between marketing, distribution, and revenue optimization.

RateGain, which serves more than 13,000 customers globally, is expanding its AI strategy to support predictive analytics, automated media buying, and direct booking growth. As competition intensifies in digital travel marketing, the company is betting that integrated data ecosystems and machine learning-driven precision targeting will shape the next phase of sector growth.
