Henry Schein One, a global dental technology provider, has announced a collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to integrate generative AI into its suite of practice management platforms, including Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, and Dentally. The partnership aims to create the first fully AI-augmented dental ecosystem, streamlining everything from scheduling and imaging to payments and patient communications.
The integration will introduce tools such as real-time documentation assistants, voice-activated charting, and predictive analytics for operational efficiency. Practices will gain access to automated claims validation, business intelligence dashboards, and AI-powered engagement features designed to improve accuracy and reduce administrative workloads.
Backed by AWS’s scalable infrastructure, the initiative will extend across the U.S., U.K., and E.U., ensuring compliance, data privacy, and interoperability. Both companies say the collaboration represents a new era in dentistry where AI supports clinicians by reducing complexity and improving outcomes.
