Zing Coach is an AI-driven fitness application that personalizes workout programs by analyzing body composition, activity levels, lifestyle data, and user feedback. The app adapts plans daily to reflect progress and conditions, much like a digital personal trainer accessible on smartphones. It integrates with Apple Health and uses data such as sleep, energy levels, and available equipment to refine training suggestions. It also offers tools like body scans, strength and flexibility assessments, and social features such as leaderboards and group challenges.

Founded with contributions from Belarusian cofounder Tatyana Parfenyuk, Zing Coach aims to democratize high-quality fitness guidance by combining AI analytics with exercise science and habit formation principles. The platform emphasizes continuous adaptation rather than static programs.

On January 6, 2026, Zing Coach announced an official partnership with Paris Saint-Germain extending through 2027. The collaboration gives the club’s global fans access to training plans inspired by PSG’s men’s and women’s team routines. Users can track progress against professionals, access elite-level guidance, and compete for exclusive experiences and prizes. The deal leverages Zing’s AI to motivate millions of spectators toward regular physical activity.
