Starbridge, a San Francisco-based govtech startup, has raised $42 million in Series A funding led by David Sacks’ Craft Ventures, with participation from Owl Ventures, Commonweal Ventures, and Autotech Ventures. The round brings Starbridge’s total funding to $52 million.
Founded by Justin Wenig, who previously sold his first startup Coursedog, Starbridge uses AI workflows to make fragmented public sector data accessible and actionable for sales teams. The platform aggregates information from public websites, PDFs, and agency reports, then ranks leads based on purchase likelihood and updates like leadership changes.
The company plans to integrate its tools directly into CRMs and collaboration platforms like Slack to streamline how users access public sector insights. Starbridge aims to modernize how technology vendors engage with government buyers in an AI-driven era.
