Tsavorite Scalable Intelligence announced that it has secured over $100 million in pre-orders from enterprises and cloud providers across the U.S., Asia, and Europe for its upcoming Omni Processing Unit (OPU) chips. The new compute architecture combines CPU, GPU, memory, and connectivity into a single device to enhance scalability, efficiency, and flexibility for AI workloads.

The company said its technology is designed to meet the rising complexity of AI infrastructure, addressing challenges in power consumption, cost, and performance. The OPU can be configured for diverse applications, from edge computing to hyperscale data centers, enabling broader deployment of agentic AI workflows.

Founded in 2023 by former Intel and semiconductor industry veterans, Tsavorite plans to deliver its first chips and enterprise-class AI appliances next year. The company is using Samsung’s SF4X platform to fabricate the OPU.

CEO Shalesh Thusoo described the product as a “developer-friendly AI platform” offering a “step-change in efficiency and scale.” Tsavorite has not disclosed its valuation or total funding raised.
