Accor Launches ChatGPT Booking Experience

Accor has integrated its ALL Accor booking and loyalty experience directly into ChatGPT, enabling AI-driven hotel discovery and trip planning. The launch expands Accor’s digital reach.

Accor has launched a new booking and discovery experience that allows travellers to search and explore its global hotel portfolio directly within ChatGPT. The integration enables users to plan stays using natural language, specifying destinations, dates, and guest details while viewing available properties, room types, amenities, and locations. Public prices and loyalty-member rates are displayed side by side, with final bookings completed on Accor’s secure ALL Accor platform.

The ChatGPT experience was built specifically for the AI environment and operates independently from Accor’s mobile app. It is available in more than 20 languages across markets where ChatGPT is supported, giving Accor access to a broad international user base.

Accor positions artificial intelligence as a core part of its digital strategy, aiming to simplify hotel discovery and engage travellers earlier in the planning process. By integrating loyalty pricing and hotel content into a conversational interface, the company seeks to strengthen engagement with its ALL Accor ecosystem while maintaining control over booking, data, and transactions. The launch reflects growing use of AI tools in travel planning and hotel search.
